B&B Hotel Malpensa Lago Maggiore

The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants, and there was ample covered and uncovered parking near the hotel. Quirky room layout could be a plus for some. One of the staff has a very friendly and playful dog!

Upon arrival, the very helpful staff informed us that they had upgraded our room free of charge. Instead of a regular room, we stayed in a suite. The suite was a really big upgrade - beautiful! A whirlpool, above average comfortable bed, refrigerator... The breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly - from the receptionists to the cleaners. The prices of additional drinks from the fridge were fair and the offer was good. The parking lot is easily accessible. Despite the fact that we lived with a larger group of vacationers who were in this hotel at the time, we did not feel any excessive crowding or noise.

The lanscape, the area is very nice and foresty i loved that about the property.

The receptionist was very efficient and helpful. She assisted us with check - in which gave us peace of mind and she also organized our transport for us. The rooms were a decent size and clean and access to tea, coffee, water and juice at any time we wanted, was very welcome and appreciated.

A number of rooms have parking space for a car right outside a back door to the room; this is convenient if one needs to unload and then reload luggage.
